Never a defeatist, he thought, “I need a better camera.” Saud invested in a higher-end, pre-owned 35mm camera. He didn’t understand the advanced settings, so he purchased trade magazines, read books, took community college courses and apprenticed under well known local photographers.
Saud went to the Bahamas five years later and photographed images that rivaled those you’d find in the pages of National Geographic (he is a tad biased).
It is this curiosity that leads Saud to seek the most memorable and timeless shots for his clients. It is this intrigue that pushes him to learn all he can about his subjects so he can compose photographs that capture the essence of their personalities.
His passion for his craft lead him down a self-taught path where he’s pledged nothing less than professionalism, dedication and attention to detail.
Other than being a photographer, he is a husband and father having two daugthers that are also photographers.
